DESIGN AND SUPPLY OF FENDERING SYSTEM FOR TERMINAL I, II AND CRUISE JETTY AT PORT LOUIS HARBOUR
CONTRACT NO: MPA 680/2025
The Mauritius Ports Authority is inviting bids from both local and overseas bidders for the Contract MPA 680/2025 – Design and Supply of Fendering System for Terminals I, II and Cruise Jetty at Port Louis Harbour as more fully described in the bidding document.
Bidding exercise shall be conducted through the Open International Bidding method according to the procurement rules and regulations issued by the Procurement Policy Office.

A complete set of bidding documents will be submitted to bidders via email.
Submission of Bids
Bids (one original and two copies) sealed in single envelope must be submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders, clearly marked “Contract MPA 680/2025 – Design and Supply of Fendering System for Terminals I, II and Cruise Jetty at Port Louis Harbour” which shall be addressed to the Director General, Mauritius Ports Authority, H. Ramnarain Building, Mer Rouge, Port Louis, Republic of Mauritius.
Deadline for the submission of bids
Bids should be either deposited in the Bid Box located in the Chief Officer’s Office, Mauritius Ports Authority, 1st Floor, H. Ramnarain Building, Mer Rouge, Port Louis, Republic of Mauritius or submitted by registered post or courier so as to reach the Mauritius Ports Authority on or before Thursday 15 January 2026 up to 14.00 hours (Mauritian Time) at latest.
Bids will be opened on the same day as the closing date at 14.15 hours (Mauritian Time) in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Bids received after the specified closing date and time will not be considered.
The Mauritius Ports Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process and to reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
