The Mauritius Ports Authority (MPA) invites bids from potential buyers for the purchase of vehicles and crane on an “as is where is” basis.

ITEM 3 - The Crane particulars are detailed below:-

The vehicles and crane may be viewed at the MPA (Rodrigues) during weekdays from 0900 hours to 1400 hours. For any additional information, the Executive, General Administrative Services may be contacted on 832 1121.

Bids, in sealed envelopes, addressed to the Officer-In-Charge, MPA (Rodrigues) and clearly marked “sale of vehicles and crane” should be deposited in the Tender Box located at the 2^nd Floor, Passenger Terminal Building, Port Mathurin, Rodrigues not later than 06 August 2025 (Local time). Offers received after the specified closing date and time will not be considered.

Bids should remain valid for a period of 90 days after the closing date and be accompanied by security, in the form of a Bank cheque equivalent to 10% of the total price. Bids not so secured will not be accepted.

The successful bidder shall be required to effect full payment of the quoted sum and arrange to take delivery of the awarded item(s) within five (5) working days from the date of award.

The MPA reserves the right to accept or reject any offer and to cancel the above exercise at any prior to award without thereby incurring any liability to affected bidder(s).
